Ronnie James Dio's management has announced that a public memorial service for Ronnie James Dio, who lost his battle with stomach cancer on May 16th, will be held on Sunday, May 30th at 2:00 PM — at The Hall Of Liberty, located at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

This will be a celebration of the life and music of Ronnie James Dio and is open to all of his friends and fans from around the world.

One of the final recordings from legendary singer RONNIE JAMES DIO (DIO, BLACK SABBATH, HEAVEN & HELL, RAINBOW, ELF) called ‘Metal Will never Die’ will appear on DAVID ROCK FEINSTEIN’s forthcoming album, Bitten by the Beast, that is due out late spring/early summer via Niji Entertainment Group, the company run by Ronnie James Dio’s wife/manager Wendy Dio. Feinstein (THE RODS) is Dio’s cousin who played guitar in Elf with the famed singer.
