Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers Season Finale 2010 – I’m sure all you Grey’s Anatomy fans are eagerly waiting for the season finale to air next week so a lot of people are searching for spoilers to feed their appetite. Well, below are the few spoilers I found out for the Grey’s Anatomy season finale.

I believe the last couple of episodes of Grey’s Anatomy season 6 will be titled “Sanctuary” which will be the first hour of the show and “Death And All His Friend” which would follow right after to conclude the two hour season finale. It should air on ABC next week.

ABC seems to be keeping everybody in suspense on the two hour season finale but here is what will definitely take place within the episode:

A shooter will go into the Seattle Grace Hospital and fire at one of the workers. The bullet fired goes through a white jacket so we all know it will be a major character of the show. In addition to that, we know that both the shooter and the victim who is shot will all be familiar faces of the hit drama.

The thing we currently don’t know is who those people actually are.

Basically, the hospital is viewed as one of the safest places but slowly and surely the “safest” place becomes a dangerous zone. That’s what we will see in the first hour and the second half will be about the big choices the main characters will have to pick that will effect their lives.

So, who is going to die? Who is going to leave? What choices and decisions are they going to make?
